Tampa Fitness

Complimentary training will be provided to our club players on Monday through Thursday for  players U13 and up.  The training will be available from 3:00-5:15pm, which allows your daughter to come at the time that works best for her.  As athletes show up they will start the workout at their own pace and work through it.

Weekend/additional training will be available by appointments.
